A project was created in response to the Editor X & XL Recordings brief as part of the D&AD New Blood Awards competition.
The main task of the brief was to create a website that will celebrate the album's release anniversary and at the same time will explain how the message of the record is still relevant. But the real challenge was to present the passing time while pointing out the aspects that have not changed at all.
The created website tells about the message of the KALA (top album released in 2007 by M.I.A.), its position in popular culture, key changes since its release, and factors that make its story still relevant.
With the help of different thematical sections, I presented technological development in comparison with events from the world of politics and music.
